Meet the Babes || Brandi
Brandi Daniels is a social entrepreneur, speaker and mentor.
She is the founder and CEO of Organic Social Marketing, a new platform designed to showcase entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and game changers, through story telling, social media engagement and creating partnerships to foster a giving campaign. She is also the Co-Founder of Boss Babes Brunch Club, a leadership network whose mission is to support women in their career ambitions by providing real world learning via unique access to established business leaders, online resources and tools.
The organization has attracted an incredible caliber of speakers to its gatherings, including Katie Brauer, Libby Carstensen, Nastasha McKeon, and Julie Rais; and sponsors including Kit+Ace, Solti Juice, Aloha, OrangeTheory Fitness, San Diego Magazine and Lorna Jane.
Brandi began her career in designing for the theatre, film and fashion industry; working for companies such as The Shakespeare Theatre in West Hollywood, Bisou Bisou and on feature films in Los Angeles. Over the last 15 years Brandi has also co-owned and operated a successful, internationally recognized bakery, Embrace Sweets with her mother and worked with other companies across the United States in business development, social media management and aligning their purpose with a give back to the community.
Her passion is helping women to gain the tools they need to succeed, in life, business and spiritually.
She currently lives in Solana Beach California with her family and enjoys yoga, venturing into new restaurants and road trips.

1. What fuels you—literally and figuratively!
Not kidding…coffee! But also, passionate people who are energized about what they’re doing, where they’re going and how they’re going to change the world.
2. If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
You have time. You have all the time in the world. Focus on what you want to achieve not how quickly you ‘think’ you need to get there.
3. What’s one quote or mantra that you live by?
If you worked this hard on your OWN business as you do on someone else’s, imagine where you’d be.
4. What’s your spirit animal? (pictures highly encouraged)
I’ve never looked into or thought about a spirit animal, so for this exercise I had to research it. Turns out you can’t just pick one, or be assigned an animal. It has to literally appear to you and you feel the connection. So for the purpose of this questionnaire I will say that I ‘FEEL’ drawn to Hummingbirds. When I read what they symbolize I felt the connection even more. Freedom. Able to respond quickly. Light. Present and brings playfulness and joy into ones life.

8. What’s one book every Boss Babe should read?
That’s a tough one, I’m going to have to break the rules a bit and name two books: Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert ~ it is magic!! Truly about bursting pass fears, doubt and thinking outside the box. Start with Why! by Simon Sinek ~ this is the BOOK to read when you’re starting out, figuring out your purpose and what you want your business to stand for.
9. What’s one random thing that is always in your bag? Mascara - you absolutely NEVER know when you're going to need to add a little pop to your eyes!

a. Excited about: I am really freakin excited to be a part of this mission, this adventure, this project and bringing such powerful, influential women together to support each other and change the world.
